My gear setup.

• 2 GameBoy SP’s running LSDJ
• EHX 256 Vocoder
• Mixer
• Tuner, EQ & Overdrive Pedals (for guitar)
• Not pictured: Guitar, Amp, Microphone.

Here is how my LSDJ + Vocoder setup works:

The two GameBoy’s are synced. One is playing just the music and is plugged into the mixer (Ch. 3 + 4). The other one is playing backup music through the Left channel (Ch. 5 on mixer) and controlling the vocoder through the right channel (Red in on right side of vocoder). Vocoder out is plugged into Ch. 1. Guitar amp XLR out will be plugged directly into mixer (Ch. 2). 

Nothing will need to be mic’d and I get to control all of my levels!
